Yes this is so true . It happened to my friend at recruitment. One girl told her several girls had put her name down to pref and she would be getting a bid but it didn’t happen. It’s like someone went out of there way to make sure it didn’t happen . After almost 2 weeks they offered her a snap bid after she heard several others were offered snap bids but their grades were bad . She was made to feel like she was their last resort. Very sad and disappointing:(
