Pretty girls but snobby. A lot of smart, matronly girls in this one, not a bad thing though. The snobby ones are rude but not all of them are, just a lot of them lol. They care a lot about position and money. Great philanthropy though! Middle tier.

I’m happy for the most part with my chapter. I feel like one person can kind of determine if a pnm gets a bid . That kind of surprised me being on the other end of recruitment this past fall. One pnm had several girls put her name in to pref & then it’s like all of a sudden no invite back to pref . It was a friend of mine & i really wanted her to get in . The next weekend when the informal recruitment IG was up she even reached out then & it was like no response. Maybe other sororities go through the same thing - idk :(

"all of a sudden" really meams that the entire chapter decided what was best for the entire chapter instead of just one friend group wanting to let their friend join. 130 people outweigh 6 people easily.

Not true smh ... everyone she spoke with gave her “5”s - she had a 3.7 gpa & she’s attractive .....someone didn’t want her in zta - worst part is she dropped other so called higher ranked sororities because of our philanthropy- her mom is a breast cancer survivor so she grew up going to survivor events where zta had a presence & always wanted to be in zta - :(
