Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Appalachian State University - ASU 4.4 Middle tier at best because they’re still pretty new here, but they’re all really friendly and nice to people in and out of the frat and they’re in a frat for the RIGHT reasons. Their parties are awesome as long as they don’t get shut down, and they make a good effort to keep girls safe
