Definitely top 3 at App and have been for a while. Typical “bad boy” frat and get a bad rep (same as Pike) mainly from lower fraternities spreading lies. Recently kicked off w chance of coming back and don’t show signs of going anywhere. Sweet guys, fun parties, all around love this frat.

Seen like they don’t really put any effort into anything. Their whole aesthetic is sloppy but I think that’s what they r going for?
