Definitely a Top frat, the only downside is they give beer out at parties which isn’t too bad. I Felt very welcomed at the parties I went to this past semester and the music was fire.

They are a very known fraternity on campus, but their house is really dirty and didn’t feel that welcomed when at the parties. They never talked to me or my friends and didn’t feel that safe either.

They are not even on campus, so they are scary to go to. When I went to one of their parties I didn’t feel safe and left immediately. Party was also not that good compared to other frats.

They had to stay low this last semester due to an allegation with pledges. Parties are okay and brotherhood is above average. They aren’t very active on campus though.
