1. Phi Psi and Delt are vying for control with a lot of recruitment overlap and for the general top house ranking. Delt is getting a new house but still lacks a commanding social scene, while Phi Psi is still in pretty good control of social life but beginning to jeopardize the future of their chapter with trouble with the school and nationals.
2. Phi Delt still has the largest and most popular parties at Green, but internal struggle and several incidents in the past year have them in jeopardy. Theta Chi was in trouble last year, and they will be starting with 14 members in the fall, and will be in a do or die situation with recruitment/academics. Don't expect them to be on campus in 2016.
3. Fiji does well with involvement but is completely irrelevant. Strong brotherhood, but the majority of campus sees them on their knees to the administration since they've won a lot of greek events lately.

That's pretty accurate, except I think Delt is inbetween 1 and 2 right now, they'll have to prove they're a top house this year if they want the campus to see them that way.
