what types of girls does each org look for?

Is each org different, do they each go for a different type? are they all picky about who they choose? How hard is to get into a sorority if you're not the prettiest girl?

SDT and AEPHI- have to be willing to party a lot and have amazing looks. (Be careful of PSK)
DG, Phi Sig, DPhiE- very diverse group of girls they don't have a look that they specifically want based from my experience.
