I don't think there's a single girl in this org who isn't white. The only diversity they have is some girls are blonde, the rest all have really dark black hair. They're all tan, plastic robots, they all look and act the same, same personalities, nothing different between any of them.

Last spring I went through recruitment and they rated girls while they were in the room!!! They had a little table set up in the corner and one girl would talk to you and go over the table where a laptop was set up and whisper and point at you as they would enter information into the laptop. It was so intimidating and wrong. As if girls aren't nervous enough, they're watching you whisper and laugh about them and judge them while they're standing in front of you and can see

Tried to invite me to mix w them at a frat party by getting a frat guy to ask me, it sucked. they barely talked to me and barely talked to the guys. felt awkard and left early. super antisocial and kinda off standish.

deserve more credit than they're being given. very sweet when you get to know them. very intimidating and have a rep, but that's the old them :/
