This process is silly. If you want to join one of these groups, then stay in and join one that invited you . If not, drop out. Don't let anyone make you feel less than your are. Unfortunately , women do that to each other. Sororities can offer an opportunity to make new friends but it is no guarantee . Plus you have to pay a lot of money and I'm not certain it's worth it. Think about it, paying a fee, photos, outfits, scrutiny of your grades, etcetera. Then later dues, meetings, grade requirements, philanthropy requirements. I envy the fraternal process, they meet, bond over common interest, and invite a guy to join. Simple, easy process. We on the other hand have to make it as complicated and hurtful as possible. Bottom line, if you want to be in a sorority, I'm sure there is a place for you, and hopefully you enjoy it, but the scrutiny doesn't stop once you are in. Keep things in perspective. Be true to yourself, you are all flawless .

Just because the president came over and talked to you, doesn't mean anything. Most of the time they are just being friendly by doing that.
