Lol at SigEp being top. Sigma Chi got kicked off and would still be number 1. PiKapp slightly fell off but is better than PIKE. Sigma Nu is definitely middle tear and above a fraternity that lost it's house because of numbers...

Honestly, if we are going to talk about bidding, an argument can be made that a majority of fraternity or sorority members would not be in greek life at an above average campus so....

we have a KA and an SAE on campus? I forgot since they dont have a house or get involved on campus

Pi Kapp is definitely not top tier, when they got denied to Fiesta 5x 1 being the new sorority, they have no history of winning the koppel or hoco, they copied the Bowes and boots party Kappa Sig threw and they have the weirdest looking spring 15 also with a history of blind bidding anything..JS
