Honest feelings about recruitment

For any other actives out there, do you feel like recruitment is feeling very forced especially since it's online? I get wanting to give girls a chance to join a sorority, but like considering the circumstances and doing completely virtual recruitment, part of me feels like we just shouldn't do it at all. I know some other texas schools are having in-person recruitment with safety precautions of course, but they have even bigger chapters than we do but we're the ones doing it virtually???
