i think pikapp is probably top house with sig ep just behind and ks in 3rd. sig ep got a lot of weird pledges this semester and pikapp got a better pledge class imo. the frats have all been equally super dry for some reason but i think the pledges bump pikapp up by a little. ks isn’t able to be top house with their status rn since they’re not able to throw anything legit. still better than tke though lol they should just be ashamed
