Sigma Chi: Pros- most money, oldest traditions, popular philathropies, high butdget parties, house, powerful alumni. Cons- Douche, "Cliquey", recent pledge classes not amazing, TFM try hards
Kappa Sig: Pros- pull girls, have hookups at clubs Cons- a bunch of brown guys,weak alumni, 2.0 gpa, non ifc
PIKE: Pros- fratty, pull girls, decent parties, good alumni Cons- losing relevence, try hards, no money
Pi Kapp: Pros- philanthropy, upper middle tier Cons- bad pledge classes, friend zoned

Top Tier- Sigma Chi
Upper Middle- Pike, PiKapp
Middle- SigEp, KappaSig
Rising quickly- Sigma Pi, Sigma Nu, KA (still debatable)
Bottom Feeders- TKE, Triangle, Delta
