fraternity top house

I'm an incoming transfer who will be rushing and looking at past discussion it is hard to gauge who the best fraternity is. Can someone logically tell me who is top house and why? or who are top three and why? An honest opinion would be appreciated because it seems as though there is a lot of self promoting on here.

I’d say Pike, but they’re gone. Kappa Sig and Sig Ep are the two top fraternities at the moment; however Sigma Chi is coming back this Spring, so I’d rush them.

False!
Sigma chi suspension isn’t lifted until Summer 18. They will need to chartered again. So maybe Fall 19 or spring 20 the latest.
