Can I still rush with a low GPA? Like are there any exceptions to the rule?

Not really no. If you're below a 2.4 you're basically SOL

So basically you need a 2.5 at least to go through recruitment. Some chapters have 2.7 as the requirement. This means that if you have anything below those numbers, they have to drop you even if they like you because it's not allowed. If it's at least that or above, you're good! If not, work on your GPA and apply when your grades go up
