What does each sorority look for during the first rounds before they start doing cuts?

The same thing they look for at each round: personality and if you're a good fit. There's nothing specific, don't over think it. You have to be yourself because that's what we're basing our compatibility on. If you try to do "better" you'll get a sorority that isn't your real fit.
