Just because they aren’t carbon copies of each other or follow the sorority girl stereotype doesn’t mean it’s wrong. They are down to earth, fun, and dedicated to their degrees and each other!

Like the comment before this, SK is unfairly judged constantly. They are a sweet group of girls and really care about each other. Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Houston - UH 5.0 IF YOU ARE A PNM READING THIS!!!!! Take everything on greek rank with a grain of salt. Most people come to greek rank to hate on a specific chapter, and 90% of these ranks and comments are completely superficial. There is much more to sorority life than meets the eye, and each chapter has it's own unique qualities, sisterhood, and values. Be yourself during recruitment and you will find the sisterhood that's right for you. If you're only looking to join a "top house" or are gravitating to the chapter with the "prettiest girls," (which is super subjective btw and all chapters have incredibly beautiful women), then you should reconsider why you're going through recruitment. Superficial aspects are inevitable in the recruitment process, but you shouldn't base your home off of aesthetics. Focus on your personal values and what you're hoping to get out of being in a sorority and let that guide you through the recruitment process. Good luck with recruitment to all the PNMs and to SK!

Exec acts as if they’re royalty which is clearly not the case considering the current status of the chapter. They refuse to evolve to keep up with other chapters which truly holds everyone back! If you have certain views they semi talk down to you with passive aggressive comments! Truly not worth the hype. There’s a reason other Greek life members stray away. I give it less than a year

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Houston - UH 1.9 i don't understand how such a small group of girls can create so much drama. they don't have many good qualities. they aren't very nice. they don't have a very good chapter gpa. they have a TRASH insta. they talk bad about each other all around campus. frats hate them. they never get sweethearted unless its sig pi and nobody cares about them. ive heard the dues are insane for the amount of things they don't do. i just don't get the hype. wouldn't be surprised if this chapter went inactive in the next few years.
