Pike is definitely top house followed closely by Pi kapp and kappa sig. They had a rough patch fall 16 but they easily picked themselves back up and killed it with this new spring pledge class. They have so many more hot guys compared to the other frats here. Pike by far throws the best parties and has the best time there's no debating that, kinda explains why other guys hate so much on them but oh well it comes with the territory I guess.

They might be new, but they do show they are trying the best to be known on campus. Also they are very involve around campus and i believe they got the highest GPA from every fraternity on campus last semester, so good job alpha sigma phi. Keep it up.
