They put on a great display during rush and everyone wants a bid from them and some are really good looking but many are fake, mean & stuck up and they have no sisterhood which is why they have such a high drop ik multiple people who have dropped or regretted going ZTA just for the name they keep going down cuz no one likes mean girls

I am friends with some of them & they have this quirky vibe, they’re funny & goofy but still cute & like to have a good time

Kappa sig is full of some of the best guys you will ever meet. They did have some issues last year but if you’re looking to rush a fraternity with great people and good intentions, this is the frat for you. Their guys are super respectful and friendly. Always have a good time when I’m around them. I would say kappa sig is probably the only actual frat at UH AND they have their own house! If you want to be associated with a group of guys, kappa sig is the way to go for sure.

Sigma phi episilon is full of the rudest people I have ever met. Many of my friends have been threatened by their guys while they just laugh everything off like it’s a joke. They are selfish and will put anyone down to make themselves feel good which is sad. They are full of sabotage and love taking advantage of innocent girls. I also so one of them instigate a fight and blame it on another frat. I will never attend any of their events again because I have never been treated so disrespectfully or seen so much disrespectfulness within a group of guys.

Used to be #2 but fall 18 helped bring them up they have really pretty & some sweet girls others not so sweet but are for sure top house now!
