soph rush

Is it difficult to rush as a sophomore transfer student and get into a sorority? I feel like it'd be a great way to make friends on campus

Greek life at Loyola encourages all potential new members regardless of year to rush if they are interested in the Greek system. Most sororities will gladly accept a new member, regardless of year if they feel you are a good fit in that particular sorority

no it's encouraged! no matter what year you are it would not really affect your chances of getting into a sorority. If you go to Loyola and want to join a sorority, go for it! It's a great way to meet new people and if you don't like it you can always drop (:
