by: froshDo all the girls who go through rush week get a bid? Or do a lot of people get dropped? Still a little confused on this whole process

No it all depends on your GPA since all houses have a certain gpa requirement each girl has to reach aside from the 2.5 gpa required to rush. For example, you can have a 2.5 but some sororities have a 2.7 or above required to join so if you don't have that you can be cut based on your GPA. There's some girls who don't get asked back by any houses after the first day and get a call from their tho gamma.

You’re not necessarily guaranteed a bid, buuut there aren’t tons and tons of girls who get entirely dropped. As a junior I’ve actually never met a girl who got dropped from every chapter or didn’t get a bid on Sunday. If you’re worried, reach out to panhellenic they’re a great resource and are there to help!!
