Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Loyola University Chicago - LUC 4.2 As someone who's thinking of rushing next semester, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with these guys. I didnt really know what to expect since I've heard mixed things about them, but they were super chill and treated me well at their keg and eggs for St. Patrick's day (which was the funnest party I've been to at Loyola so far). Definitely felt welcomed and was able to have a good time, and most of the people I met there seems cool.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Loyola University Chicago - LUC 3.8 Say what you will, but in reality everyone knows these are the most popular guys on campus in terms of greek life. They definitely are the most popular during rush (SAE even gets some of their leftovers which is shocking) and most popular overall from a sorority perspective. A few of their guys are real tryhards, but for the most part these guys are really fun, great guys. Only place worth rushing in my opinion, along with SAE.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Loyola University Chicago - LUC 3.2 About as average as can be. Very nice and very involved. Not as fun as Sig Pi and not as good looking as sae. Newer members try to hard to look like southern frat stars. Most younger girls who hang out with them used to hang out with Saes or sig pi's.....Still behind Sae and Sig Pi but gaining due to both SAE and Sig Pi becoming more ignorant.

A lot of their seniors are probably the worst on campus, but their juniors and sophomores are honestly a really good group of guys. A couple of them are very one dimensional, like the poster below said, but for the most part these guys are very personable and respectful. Good party scene, good philanthropy, good campus presence.

My friends and I generally like these guys. A lot of their seniors are probably the worst on campus, but their juniors and sophomores are honestly a really good group of guys. A couple of them are very one dimensional, like the poster below said, but for the most part these guys are very personable and respectful. Good party scene, good philanthropy, good campus presence.

Great looking, can play the part, but behind the scenes there's not much substance there. Seriously try talking to one of these guys for more than a few days. Have a decent party scene if you're into hooking up with fratty looking guys. Strong campus presence though.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Loyola University Chicago - LUC 4.2 um I think all of the negative comments here are probably from older students. sigma chi is without a doubt the only top tier fraternity for the new generation ( freshman/ sophomores) these guys are known EVERYWHERE and 99% of sorority girls have at least one picture with the huge SIG CHI letters for a reason. these guys throw good parties, have a lot of cute members, & their philanthropy is one of the biggest at Loyola if not THE biggest ( WE LOVE DERBY DAYS!!) KKG <3's SIG CHI!!
