the girls continuously complain about their own chapter....they need to focus more on their sisterhood and friendships rather than being popular amongst the frats. Being able to get guys is great and all but does that really matter if you all hate and gossip about each other....

These girls are the nerdy but adorable type for sure. They should definitely expand their campus presence and get more involved. Generally nice girls, have a some weird ones and should overall be more selective during recruitment. Middle/Bottom tier but definitely have the possibility of rising in the ranks.

I feel like most pnms during recruitment just felt uncomfortable around them...they need to be more selective and stop giving out bids to every girl, and stop looking desperate. They seem like sweet girls but need to be selective in order to weed out all the odd ones.

This sorority is definitely a mixed bag. Some girls are really great, and they have their handful of crazies just like most sororities. Everyone is very different which seems to work for them. Generally nice girls, would like to see them support other greek philanthropies more though.
