can someone help?
by: Am I missing somethingCan someone explain to me how frats that have done well the past few rushes, had consistent mixers, have decent basements, and are getting decent houses next year like SN, Pikap, and LXA are "falling"? But frats that have been kinda ehhh with rush, are somewhat consistent with mixers, have few houses and no basements, and are kind of stagnant with next year housing prospects like SigEp and Delta Sig "rising"?

Pikapp: The ATO thing. Social Probation. Always have been a fraternity that you either love or so and so about.
LXA: Have a creepy feel. And don't really hear about them much. Never heard of a good sorority that likes mixing with them?
Sig Nu: is rising. Whoever says they aren't is lying. Great houses and solid all around
Sig ep: Good day drinks. Decent houses
Delta Sig: Better pledge classes than they usually have. And mix with mostly all of the sororities

I agree with you on most of it, I don't think any if those houses are "falling". Sig Nu is def rising, Pi Kap is staying the same and idk about LXA. Not sure where that came from, also dsig does have a basement it's pretty big actually I went to a sand party there this year. Not sure if Sig Ep does.
