spring informal rush

If a sorority has over 230 members they cant spring rush so only a few sororitities on campus can even have it

Keep in mind if a sorority has members graduating this semester then they will probably do spring rush. I'm not saying this for every sorority but my sorority was actually over quota yet we are still holding spring rush because we have members graduating this December.
