post rush fraternity tiers

Current frat tiers based on housing, rush, and recent events.
Top: Pike, KA (don't think anyone else belongs here yet)
Upper Middle: SN, DX (probably the best two party houses)
Middle: LXA, PiKapp, KS, SigEp (all have good bunch of houses and rushed well)
Lower Middle: Fiji, Delta Sig (Fiji has a good house, but damaged their rep)
Bottom: DTD, TKE, Theta Chi
Unranked: ATO (not sure of their situation, but they would probably be Middle to Upper Middle if ranked)
The Rest

Gonna be interesting to see how KA continues to handle their housing situation this year in terms of parties. Yeah the guys are the same but I think people will get tired of forest after a while. At the same time, Pike has no real big house like SN, DX or ATO do but they've been doing very well with that for a while.

they still had to wait until every other fraternity got pledges before they could even start rush so the quality of their pledge class will probably be lower than what they are used to

Here's how I'd suggest it is.
Top: Pike, SN
Upper: KA, DX, ATO
Mid: LXA, Pikap, Sig Ep
Lower: SX, Fiji, Delta Sig
Bottom: the rest
I switched SN and KA because SN has multiple big houses including colonial. ATO I almost put as mid because of their no rush situation but they can still recover next semester. Took KS out completely because they're about as much of a presence as the ones that aren't listed. Moved SX down because their sorority relations are almost done for once their seniors start graduating and that's really the only thing they have going for them. Pike, DX, LXA, Pikap, Sig Ep, Delta Sig, and Fiji were fine where they were. Theta Chi, DTD, and TKE are all irrelevant so why even list them.

Pike, SN and KA all got great pledge classes based on what I've seen and what everyone is saying. On that same note, heard DX got a solid class too, haven't had a chance to see them yet. ATO took a hit without getting that all important Fall PC and their on heavy watch from FSL. I'd say Pike, KA and SN are the top with DX and ATO right behind them.

I wouldnt say SN is exactly top tier yet... Housing can help them but it doesnt make them who they are. There is still a number of questionable brothers and they arent as fun as KA and Pike

I can get behind this. It seems jmu has mostly middle tiers besides the obvious top ones (pike ka sn dx maybe ato.) after that it really depends on who you ask. It's pretty balanced once you get past the major ones

KS totally needs to be bumped down one. Maybe even Sig Ep too? They're just a little too weird for me.
