explanation:
no particular order in the tier. tri sig had a really bad recruitment and didn't get any of the girls they wanted. asa didn't have a very good recruitment either and their girls definitely don't qualify for top anymore. aphi and tri delt have hot ass pledge classes. phi mu and ast did better than last year.

i'd move aphi and tri delta down to lower top, move asa to top and put kao in the middle
