For the fall 2015 semester ATO will not be allowed to have a pledge class in any form. If it is discovered that ATO takes a pledge class, then they will be kicked off campus. They will remain on probation for the duration of the 2015-16 school year.
Starting immediatley, Sigma Chi is not longer a recognized fraternity. Not by JMU, not by FSL, not by IFC and not by the Sigma Chi Fraternity National Headquarters. They will allowed to apply for rechartering in the fall of 2019.

I'm gonna assume that ATO is in trouble for that Aphi girl's death and Sig Chi for that whole sodomizig a pledge incident with a metal rod
