Seriously during frog week everyone throws something that I guess could be considered good like of course pike did good but I even saw a good delta sig party one night

how can you even tell? most of the time freshman and needs don't know where they are and i guarantee that nobody went to a party at every fraternity

That being said, I'd say KA, Pike, ATO, SN and DX (the big players) threw down the best with the most alcohol.
