As much as we all want to say looks don't matter, I want an honest opinion. Do you think that being skinny and pretty helps people during recruitment? As much as everyone else, I wish it didn't matter but i want to know truthfully if it does or not.

Yes it does matter, but if you do not have a great personality to go with it it doesn't matter. You have to have the total package.
