What factors into a sorority dropping a Pnm?

It depends on 4 things. Academics (which you'll put on your application), how well you'll fit in the sorority, what you can contribute to the sorority, & one other thing which I forget.
Basically the girls judge you when they talk to you and see if they like your personality and then your academics factors into that.

Also your look factors in, not in a completely superficial way but i would play up your best features and not dress super southern or super northen.

I agree with the other reply but you should dress how you would normally dress. If you have a super southern or northern style, then go ahead and dress that way. You'll end up in the right sorority that is similar to you, because there are some differences in styles amongst some of the sororities at jmu

Also don't be scared! I was nervous but recruitment was totally chill. Just go in and be yourself and you'll end up where you're meant to be.

Just remember the sorority girls are just as nervous because they want you to like them too!
