This is actually a pretty good way to put things lol, really accurate. Obviously the champion thing is pretty hard to say but with KA losing their house, ATO being in a questionable situation, and Sig Nu just recently becoming relevant for the first time in like a century, I would probably have to give it to Pike for this fall as much as it hurts me to say.

pike isnt exactly perfect but they are deff in the final four
