housing transactions 2015

Housing transactions for 2015, excluding manor and forest.
KA - lost their main house to DX and their satellite house on memorial to SN, gained nothing.
DX - lost gingerbread house to Fiji, gained KA's main house.
SX - lost their main house to younglife, gained nothing.
SN - lost a south main house to PiKapp, gained colonial and a house by memorial from KA.
ATO - no change?
Pike - no change?
I know I missed a lot so reply with additional changes.

Actually, if they register the treehouse as their chapter house, they would technically be aloud to throw registered parties there like at main house. That's not to say that they will as there isn't enough room to do that but according to regulations they would be allowed to have registered parties with alcohol.

I think it will be good, but they will take a big hit socially without any other off campus houses to pair with the treehouse. Also once other fraternities get houses on campus it will lose some of its novelty. Regarding parties in the treehouses, I thought we had a dry campus?

this is huge for KA and for fraternities in general. I know a lot of frats are now applying through FSL to get a dorm on the treehouse/sorority row for 2016-17 school year. Having an on-campus presence will be great for them, only issue may come in the form of if they can fill it every year or not. What guy wouldn't want to spend the year after he pledged living in a house with his pledge bros and the other guys that pledged that school year, with the added bonus of being right on sorority row and next to dhall/carrier.
