Sororities 100% pick you

The sorority picks whether they want you or not 100% but you also have the right to decline too. For example if a certain sorority really wanted me but I didn't want them I would rank them at the bottom of my list so I wouldn't have to go back. You'll learn during recruitment.

But technically if you drop a sorority and another sorority drops you, that sorority you dropped will come back automatically.

Yeah but at the end you're not forced to pick it. Like you can always do the suicide pick or whatever it's called.
