SX losing their house to Young Life (LOL)
KappaSig losing their house to SigNu
SigEp getting a few new houses
SigNu losing their corner house to PiKapp

Correct me if I'm wrong but:
KA is losing their house to DX
SX is losing their house to YoungLife
KS is losing their best house Colonial to SN
KS is losing their other big house to LXA
Sig Ep is losing their house to DTD
DX is losing their house to Fiji
Fiji is giving their old house to Theta Chi
