I'm sorry, but I'm tired of hearing about how top tier theta is. Theta two years ago was right down there with ADPi, yes they have improved, and yes there last pledge class was awesome. BUUUUTTT there older girls are still weird and rude and one awesome pledge class doesn't change that. So just have a seat Theta and maybe in a few years you'll be top 5, maybe.
