ΔΔΔ is easily one of the most philanthropy-driven sororities on campus.. Everyone knows their philanthropy and their events always do well.

if you're ranking based on sisterhood and philanthropic efforts, DG should EASILY make this list. Looks to me like you listed mainly sororities that take rankings and looks seriously. Take off GPB and replace it with DG.
