Zeta's breast cancer philanthropy is so great. Sisterhood is debatable. Tri delta is heavily involved with St. Jude's children's hospital and sisters go visit the hospital every summer. Gamma Phi does this thing called Building Strong Girls which is pretty cool as well, too early to tell for sisterhood. And lastly, another notable is Phi Mu. Great sisterhood and Madithon is an amazing philanthropy event! Hoped this helped!

Trisig does have a good philanthropy but it is a little ironic considering Trisig's habit of giving bids to girls almost entirely based upon appearance.
