AΣA is top, let's get over it & move on. DDD& Theta can fight over the 5th & 6th spot, they're both pretty equal. APhi above Phi Mu obviously. And Gamma Phi with time and some work on there next pledge class could move up. Let's get out of the old ages and old reputations, it's almost 2015 and these are the real rankings.

There is NO "correct" order of sororities. It would be impossible to figure that out, because of how many different aspects you would have to take into consideration. However, if you're looking for proper tiers, this is it. This is the best you're gonna get if you're really concerned about reputation.
