TBH every frat cant deny pike is #1 they throw most day drinks, most parties, have 2 stable party houses brotherhood is strong large membership and philanthropy Piketoberfest clearly the most fun and raised most money. KA without main house will fade. ATO lacks brotherhood and social skills. The rest are shuffling around but lack the numbers, money and connections with top sororities to move up to the top tier or #1 spot.
