SigEp is leading the transition from drinking club to a substance-free service organization. This is a philosophical shift in the membership and community. Most of our members didn't sign up for a dry chapter house with no drinking games or shots. The National fraternity is supporting chapter leaders who are really bought in to making SigEp a substance-free chapter at JMU. We can be confident that SigEp is on the right path. It will somewhat different, and certainly a lot less risky social program than before, but it will be an even stronger brotherhood with real accountability when brothers make bad choices.
