Serious question but wondering why sk is a top srat when so many of the girls look cheap. Is it a New Jersey thing or what?

there’s some sort of correlation between fake tans/lots of make up and bigger personalities. “Top” sororities just need to be pretty and outgoing so they get “top” mixers (how most rankings rate things)
