Genuine Question about Phi Psi

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts ranking aphi Psi really high and I know they are a great frat by why are they always ranked above fraternities like Theta Chi and Kappa Sigma when that’s who they mix with.

Usually frats are ranked with who they mix with but Phi Psi is the only one that seems to be ranked above them.

There fraternity relations recently haven’t been as good, BUT the reason they are considered in that top category is because they mix with top sorority’s all the time. And have some of the best night party’s on campus.
