fall sorority rush

i tried doing cob for a couple sororities this spring but i either didn’t get a bid or it didn’t click. i’m considering fall rush but ive heard it’s a stressful process, like really hot & long days and not knowing what to wear or just not knowing what to think about sororities. can anybody offer advice? i don’t know how to prepare physically or mentally
