DU and Beta have insanely good housing. DU should be at least a 7/10 even though they can’t really take advantage of it.

Kappa sigs brotherhood is not an 8/10 the brothers barely even know who each other are. it’s basically just a giant hunting and fishing club and there’s nothing wrong with that other than the fact that there’s no brotherhood
