Frat Rankings 2024

This is going to be the most accurate frat rankings of all time. Just did the deed and have extremely clear post nut clarity. Let’s get into it.

The undisputed tops:

KA and Dsig

These frats have good guys, banging party’s and great housing. All boxes checked.

Lower tops:

Snu, pike, Ato, Asig

All have good brotherhood throw good party’s and solid housing. Not as good housing as the uppers besides snu. JMU frats live or die by housing. These top 2 sections also all mix with each other making for even more banging party’s.

Mid:

Phi Psi, Lambda, theta chi, kap sig, pi kap, dtd

Still throw good party’s but there’s a drop off for sure. Good groups of guys but definitely more weird kids getting bids. Don’t be fooled by phi psi they are pretty much the only frat that posts on here. They don’t mix with any upper frats and I’ve also heard they are mad liberal lmao.

Everything else:

Completely irrelevant if you want to join Greek life it probably should be a frat on this list.
