Nope, spring PC is on par with Tops. Theta got a pretty good PC which is why they’re top of upper mid, but there is a definite difference.

Aphi is lucky to still be listed as lower top. This year has not been a good one, yet they constantly self rank as #1. Might want to focus less on ranks, and more on class & sisterhood.
