The real frat rankings no bs

Top:

DSIG- throws fire parties, good brotherhood and always doing something. Great sorority relations.

SNU- arguably top dog last year but suspension is holding them back. Still top tier.

KA- consistently top. Great houses and parties. Everybody hates the best.

ATO- big history at this school.
Off campus but good brotherhood and relations with other orgs

PIKE- Similarly to snu arguable top last year. Housing screwed them but they will likely recover. Still top.

Upper Mid:

ASIG: lots of brothers and solid parties. Decent relations with other orgs but parties are really hit or miss.

PHI PSI- Very comparable to ASIG. Similar housing and have the ability to throw good parties.

Mid:

THETA CHI- genuinely good brotherhood but no real structure behind it.

KAP SIG- Good history and brotherhood. Throws some sick parties.

LAMBDA- huge brotherhood but bad relations. Tend to get clowned on.

DTD- similar to lambda. Very big brotherhoods with questionable bids.

SIG EP- really cool houses. Good brotherhood and decent parties.

PI KAPPS- seem to be falling. Has decent housing but bad numbers.

Bad:

FIJI- literally only have the White House going for them.

KDR- lost basically all housing. Lots of brothers but no future.

PBX- cool guys but struggling with building new PC’s.

BETA- Bad brotherhood and housing. These guys are down bad.

Worst:

TKE- just got back on campus but brutal process for a horrible frat.

ACACIA- literally know nothing about them they are cheeks.

DU- Same as acacia I have nothing else to say.
