ΦΚΨ l Phi Psi
These are the top 4 as of right now. Things have changed up a bit since a few years ago but with Snu and pike doing really bad at the moment this is it. All these frats are thriving right now and are at good points overall in greeklife.

ΣΝ | Sig Nu
ΑΤΩ | ATO
These three are frats that in previous semester and historically at JMU were considered the best of the best. With failed requirement, allegations, getting kicked off campus, loosing houses exc. this is where they stand as of now. These guys are not going in a good direction but still doing ok due to the history they built for themselves.

ΘΧ | Theta Chi
ΚΣ | Kapp Sig
ΔΤΔ | Delt
ΛΧΑ | Lambda
ΣΦΕ | Sig Ep
ΠΚΦ | Pi Kapp
Theta chi and Kap sig mix up occasionally with some of the top frats. The other ones in here have solid Dartys together. All average fraternity’s doing well.

ΚΔΡ | Kappa Delta Rho
PBX | Pi beta chi
ΒΘΠ | BETA
TKE | Tau Kappa Epsilon
Fiji is definitely on the rise, a lot of these fears are newer and trying to make a name for themselves. They all mix together, and are doing ok.

Acacia
DΥ | Delta Upsilon
Aepi has great night party’s but doesn’t have any relations. Other than that bottom on the barrel.

phi psi sorority relations are exactly the same as a sig, and phi psi has a way more selective brotherhood than a sig. every kid who was rushing a sig and phi psi chose phi psi this semester. Just a way more selective frat. and A sig paying to mix with pike on a failed rainy darty doesn’t make them out of the same category. Check yourself.
