Housing in Hburg in general is kinda rough, I also think the school wants to invest money in growing the acedemics/sports and get away from the party school identity a little bit. I mean you see how much national attention JMu football brought this year

real houses would raise the cost of dues way too high for a lot of girls, it would probably cut numbers down and shut down some chapters. Plus the sororities have been living on campus forever, the frats used to too
